Dr. Flaten has extensive experience in both training and facilitation with a wide variety of personnel within the business, sport, and military communities. He draws on his experience as a certified mental performance consultant (CMPC), family business advisor, and professor in sport and performance psychology.

JSA Advising seeks to transform less optimal behavioral patterns into new behaviors that work to enhance health and harmony.
