Amanda Anker, B.A. – Consultant Support and Project Manager

Amanda Anker is finishing her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as completing certificates for work as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor at Saint Mary’s University. Prior to graduate school, Amanda attended the University of Minnesota and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree with a major in psychology and a minor in child psychology. At a young age, Amanda recognized the importance of relationships and the influence they have on our overall well-being. It has become her goal to professionally assist individuals, couples and families with their relationships to create a more harmonious family unit. In addition, she has a passion for working with business managers and next generation family members to develop and enhance their individual well-being. During the past several years Amanda has been working on relationship dynamics for families and individuals ranging in ages from children to the elderly. Amanda consistently assists in many client engagements at JSA Advising and can be another point of contact to manage the logistical side of our activities. As a part of her graduate training, Amanda is also currently offering couples counseling and premarital consultation.

Christopher Fischer, Psy.D., LP.

Dr. Chris Fischer has helped many of the world’s leading companies to identify and develop key leaders. The majority of his individual clients are high-potential, achievement-oriented individuals striving for personal and professional excellence. He routinely helps executives, owners and leaders leverage their core strengths while recognizing areas to develop. Dr. Fischer earned his B.A. in social Science Education from St. Johns University, and his Master’s and Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. He is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Minnesota, a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society of Consulting Psychology. Because of Dr. Fischer’s background working with leaders and managers, he often teams with JSA Advising, LLC when management and leadership development are in need.

Michael Hable, M.F.A

Michael Hable, M.F.A, is a Ph.D. candidate in Film at the University of Miami, FL. Before matriculating at UM, he received a Master’s degree in Fine Arts with distinction, from Boston University, where he specialized in narrative studies, mythmaking, and the performance of verbal language in narrative film. His papers on the relationship between storytelling and perception have been accepted by the Popular Culture Association conferences in Albuquerque, NM and Detroit, MI, as well as the NTUT conference in Taipai, China. In addition to his academic work, he also works as a script analyst and consultant for a Boston-based production company. Michael uses his strengths in understanding story and film to engage family discussions around wealth, values and conflict. He also provides engaging legacy plans and videos for senior generations who want to pass along the values and wisdom they’ve developed over the years to future generations.

Dr. Anderson also serves on the Executive Committee at Balance, LLC. A group of affiliated advisors who all own and operate separate consulting firms, but pool resources to tackle larger or more complex situations when requested.
