Alexandra Wagener, Ph.D., LP is trained to provide both individual and team coaching to aid in performance and overall team effectiveness. “Allie” is from Minneapolis, MN and obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology (B.A.) from the University of Tampa. She went on to earn her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Wichita State University.
Simon Almaer, MA MBA spent over 20 years building, growing, and optimizing global businesses for leading companies such as The Pillsbury Company and Cargill. After beginning his career as a scientist, Simon held various leadership positions in brand marketing, general management and new business building. He earned both an undergraduate and graduate degree at the University of Oxford. After emigrating to the United States, Simon pursued a successful career in Corporate America while also earning his MBA at the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Troy Moles is trained in providing team building, performance enhancement, and individual, group cohesion, leadership, and mindset development services. Troy earned his Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology (M.S.) with an emphasis in Sport & Exercise Psychology from Chatham University. He went on to earn his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Sport & Exercise Psychology from the University of North Texas.
Kayla Clark is an Associate Advisor and Project Manager with JSA Advising. She has worked with a range of family and business clients, spanning from ownership groups, executives and leadership teams to family businesses and families of wealth. Over the years, she has helped our clients to align their visions, values and needs with the missions and goals of their work.
Michael Hable, M.F.A, is a Ph.D. candidate in Film at the University of Miami, FL. Before matriculating at UM, he received a Master’s degree in Fine Arts with distinction, from Boston University, where he specialized in narrative studies, mythmaking, and the performance of verbal language in narrative film. His papers on the relationship between storytelling and perception have been accepted by the Popular Culture Association conferences in Albuquerque, NM and Detroit, MI, as well as the NTUT conference in Taipai, China.
